Guest Policy

Additional Guest Policy: Summit Hotels & Resorts operate only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra guests above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed may be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservations in Deluxe Room, Premium Room, and Suite Rooms. Family Rooms at Summit Hotels & Resorts, however, can accommodate up to 4 guests above the age of 12 years.

Child Policy:Child Sharing for up to two children below 5 years without an extra bed is complimentary. Child Sharing for 1 child above 5 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest sharing charges.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy:
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out will be charged at INR 200 per hour (subject to availability of rooms)
Other Charges:
Extra Bed: INR 2000 plus taxes per person (including breakfast)
Child No Bed: INR 1000 plus taxes per child (including breakfast)

Ps: Extra Lunch/Dinner Charges mentioned above are only for extra occupants and not for main room occupants.
